Terms governing your use of the Northwest Vita application
Effective Date: 15 April 2025Welcome to Northwest Vita, the loyalty program owned and operated by Northwest Petroleum Retail Services Limited. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Northwest Vita mobile application ("the App") and its associated services.
By registering or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
To register, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent. Corporate users must be duly authorized representatives of their organizations.
Users must provide accurate and complete information including full name, phone number, and email address. Corporate users may be required to provide additional information, including company name, address, industry, and a valid corporate email address.
Customers can fund their in-app wallets via bank transfer or other approved payment gateways. Funds in the wallet are non-refundable and must be used for the purchase of petroleum products or lubricants at designated Northwest Petroleum outlets.
Customers earn points for eligible transactions. Points are redeemable in accordance with the rewards catalogue provided in the App. Loyalty Points have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Users may generate digital fuel codes via the App. These codes are redeemable at our mega filling station and are subject to specific expiry dates and usage terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the features of the program.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be communicated through the app or via registered email.
